'Nooky Booky IV'

P-51D Mustang 'Nooky Booky IV' of Maj. Leonard Kyle ‘Kit’ Carson, 362nd FS, 357th FG on its 'Big Day' on 14 January 1945. Carson and his Squadron bore into a German formation of Fw 190 of JG300 head-on, breaking their attack on a bomber formation. By the end of the engagement Carson added 4 more kills to his tally.
